  1. In review of the package you sent, I am trying to understand/confirm the benefit to the developer regarding being a single family developer with this agency. Are there grant funds provided to acquire properties or does the agency provide the property? In other words what is the deal structure? In reviewing the info sent this isn't clear.

The Agency from time to time is presented with public and private real estate development opportunities for the Housing Investment Platform’s Single Family Investment Fund. The Agency will typically seek to partner with a Developer from the Single Family Developers slate through a joint venture structure with the Developer serving as Managing Member and the Agency serving as Investment Member. Additional details on deal structure will depend on the transaction.
